Cibao Cleaning Service ("we", "us") is a residential house cleaning business in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cibaocleaningservice.com, request a quote, or contact us by WhatsApp, phone, text message or email, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only ask for what we need to prepare your quote and clean your home, and we never sell your information.

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, the form asks for:

• Your contact details: name, mobile phone, email, preferred language and how you prefer to be contacted.
• Details about your home: ZIP code, area, type of home, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square feet, floors, pets and how much attention the home needs.
• The service you want: type of cleaning, frequency, preferred days and time, start date, extras, surfaces that need special care and cleaning products.
• Anything else you choose to tell us in the notes, and how you heard about us.

Along with the form, our website host records the country the request comes from and the type of browser used, to help us spot spam.

When you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone, text or email, we receive your number or email address and whatever you share in the conversation.

When you become a client, we also keep your address, your visit schedule and any access instructions you give us (for example, how to get in or how to handle an alarm). We keep this information private and use it only to do the job.

When you browse the website, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, type of device, approximate location (city level) and actions like starting the quote form or tapping the WhatsApp button. We never send your name, phone, email or address to Google Analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare your quote and send it to you by the method you chose. Every reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
• To answer your questions, schedule visits and provide the cleaning service.
• To send you service messages, such as visit confirmations or schedule changes.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.
• To keep basic business and tax records and comply with the law.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not send you promotions unless you ask for them.

3. WhatsApp, text messages and calls

When you check the consent box in the quote form, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, text message, phone or email about your quote and, if you become a client, about your service. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by telling us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

• Cloudflare: hosts the website, receives the quote form and stores a copy of each request.
• Zoho: provides our business email and sends us an email notice each time a quote request arrives.
• Google (Google Analytics): measures how the website is used.
• Meta (WhatsApp): carries the messages when you write to us on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety or those of our clients.

5. Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The website and the quote form keep working if you do.

6. How long we keep it

• Quote requests that do not lead to a service: up to 24 months, then they are deleted.
• Client information: while you are a client and up to 3 years after the last service, for accounting and legal purposes.
• Website usage data in Google Analytics: no more than 14 months.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

7. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to quote requests and client information is limited to the business owner. Our providers apply their own security measures. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

8. Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
• Stop contacting you by WhatsApp, text, phone or email.

9. Children

This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are important, we will tell our clients directly.
